I'd say so. Not to mention Wilds isn't a shabby back up.

Alex Collins is a beast as well.

Arkansas got a really good RB

Just think if Collins would have went to Miami. A duo of Duke Johnson and Collins would be deadly.

I've been very pleased with how well Mizzou has rushed the ball; we're first in the conference, by far, at 262 yards per game. Granted, we haven't started conference play yet, but it's a good sign for Tigers fans.

Interesting to note that Hill got 80-something on a bad day, and Gurley got 70-something in just over a quarter.

    Interesting note:

All of the top 7 rushers in the SEC are averaging 6.0 YPC or better. WOW

When did the SEC become an offensive league? Not to mention all the passing yards guys like Murray, Mett, Manziel, have.

I have no doubt that by the end of the year, maybe only 3,4 maybe guys average over 5.5 YPC thru the SEC gauntlet. Thats an extremely impressive accomplishment if that many do it, much less SEVEN!

It's been coming. lots of reasons, too long to post. they're allowing holding like never before, for one. now, an OL can get his hands outside the shoulders, around the back, and they won't call it. It takes a lot to get a holding call, and this has changed in the last several years. the SEC has a handful of very good senior QB's this year, Murray, Mett, McCarron, Shaw, and then Manziel.

spread, up-tempo teams for another. they've cycled around the defenses, and the rules keep helping. It'll take a while for defenses to catch up.

the evolution of QB's and skill people over the last 20 years has now come to fruition. by the time these kids get to college now, they have as much training as players in my day did when we finished our careers. camps, 7 on 7's, elite 11 and others for QB's, highs school players now go all year long. and they have almost everything available to them.

there's some other reasons, but that's the most of it.

Davis is such a beast. He's maybe not quite as "slippery" as Lattimore seemed to be, but the guy seems to rip a 50+ yarder for a TD in almost every game and has the speed to compliment the power.

I'd watch for Matt Jones on that list too. Now that he is healthy, his YPG should be 100+ going forward.
