    Nebraska-Kearney @ Florida

It's halftime. Florida is up 46-32. We're shooting the ball a lot. The offense is a bit disjointed.

Yeguete has 11 points and seems to have come a long way offensively. Michael Frazier has 10... He can really shoot the ball. He'll play a good deal this season if Prather doesn't emerge. Prather isn't playing today due to a concussion.

We're up 74-50 during the under 12 TO. Frazier has 21 points on 8-10 shooting. Rosario may have some competition for playing time.

101-71 final. The three freshman guards were all bright spots. Graham and Frazier are both great shooters, and while Ogbueze may not be a true point guard, he has a quick first step and was able to get to the free throw line. Boynton played well as usual. Yeguete was very good and he'll score a bit more this season.

Young was quiet; Murphy didn't shoot especially well tonight. Wilbekin was just alright at point guard. Mark Wise was fairly critical of him after the game. I don't think he was bad; he made a few nice passes, hit a few nice shots, and played nice defense like always. He forced some things, though. Rosario was not good. His defense was erratic and he was turning the ball over. His shot was a bit off as well. Frazier or Graham could challenge him for playing time if he doesn't play better.

Florida won 101-71 and the 4 freshmen played the last 7 or 8 minutes with Yeguette at the 5. Frazier, Graham and Ogbueze combined for 48 of the 101. These guys could definitely push Rosario for PT. Frazier is a guy I felt could make a bigger impact than most people thought. While this is an exhibition game, if he can shoot like that he will play a good amount. He is better on defense than most guys coming in out of HS.

Billy lighting a fire under the returning guys for lack of effort talking about only having a 3 rebound edge on a D 2 team with the exception of Yeguette and Boynton. He really praised the effort of the freshmen and Yeguette. I hope Murph, Young, Rosario, et al come out ready to play from here on out. Prather getting back will help too, he is high effort.
