    South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier said running back Marcus Lattimore had his right knee dislocated against Tennessee and the injury is something he can come back from to play football again.
    Thumbs up for not being a broken femur and 4 torn ligaments.

    I heard them talking about him using his redshirt next year... But it was in the same article about his dislocated knee. Are we certain there was no ligament damage?

    Ligaments were damaged and multiple surgeries are needed. No broken femure, but I am betting the four ligament part is true.

    Hate if for Marcus as he was just really getting back to pre ACL form. Hope the kid a speedy recovery. Hope to either see him at USCe or the NFL tearing up defenses.

    It is absolutely impossible to dislocate your knee without tendon or ligament damage.

    Hippa laws put the doctor and spurrier in a bad situation then combine that with the possibility that lattimore might turn pro. Could do what magahee did and declare and get paid to rehab. The kid is tough and hope he makes it back.
