I picked the Gators mainly because of my bias. I don't really know what to expect out of this one. Our defense might have trouble slowing down LSU's rushing attack, but Mettenberger hasn't been that impressive yet. We'll probably have trouble scoring too many points against LSU's D, but I don't think it'll take too many points to win.

Well...the real season is on... our team seems to lack the killer instinct and that doesn't bode well for us but will see if they come to play or not in Gainesville

This could be a big statement game for the Gators. While not a must win, it would mark that the Gators are back if they can win. But, it's LSU, so it's going to be extremely difficult. It can go either way. Go Gators!

I tend to think of this game as a toss up and that LSU has been guilty of playing down to the level of competition...our only game of note was Udub and I don't like these rent a win games...I don't think that they help your team.
But if I'm wrong about LSU showing up...our season will be going south as UF is a worthy opponent unlike last year.
