Also, I'm not usually super patriotic or anything, but it actually pisses me off to hear people cheering for the Mexican team in the freaking ROSE BOWL. It is like Rupp cheering for UL. Or an IU fan who never went to IU, denouncing the state of Indiana, moving to Kentucky and talking about how he hated it there or how much better it is here, and then continuing to cheer for IU.

There are a lot of Mexican immigrants (legal or not) in southern California. I'm sure it wasn't all Americans jumping on the Mexican team's bandwagon, if that's what you're thinking.

well, that sucked. And I agree with Box, playing in the Rose Bowl shouldn't be like an away game for the US. They should play in a more neutral site, like Crew Stadium here in Columbus. It's a great facility, but obviously doesn't hold 90,000 like the RB did.
