I agree with Storm tho. If you gotta get rid if all of that, you're robbing yourself of depth thay could come back to hurt them.

KT is so knowelegable about basketball, he can back his **** up. He can rip a program 6 ways to Sunday, yet turn around in the next breath and explain why that same program should/could/will be/is a great program.

I like and respect kentubby, he does know his stuff when it concerns college basketball.

This board would be boring if it wasn't for Kentubby's posts and the responses he gets.

Kentubby is one of my favorite posters on this board. Sure he has some personal views, but this board would be so if everyone agreed all the time that it wouldn't be worth going to. I'd challenge you to find another poster on this board that knows as much about EVERY SEC team as he does. He knows more about lowly South Carolina and our recruiting then alot of our own fans do. It would be a sad day for the basketball forum if he ever left.

Barnes isn't worth what he'll command when he hits free agency, and moving Bogut or Iguodala won't "rob Golden State of their depth." I'd move every bench player on my roster to get Kevin Durant if I were Golden State. You can fill the rest of the roster around the most lethal perimeter trio of all-time, along with Draymond. Guys will take pay cuts to play with that team.

On another note, Oklahoma City fleeced Orlando in that trade. They made a major upgrade at the 2 with Oladipo and Sabonis will come in and clean the glass from day one. Adams and Sabonis should wreak havoc on the boards when they're out there together. Ilyasova's a good player, too.

Illyasova is the knock down perimeter shooter they need, and like TF said both Sabonis and Oladipo will come into the rotation and play big minutes. Why Orlanda would trade Oladipo is beyond me, he had a great three years there, improving every season and has a manageable contract. IIRC, he was second pick in draft three years ago, and has averaged over 15 ppg last two seasons and shoots like 35% from three. Moving him to land Ibaka is moronic, they'd have been better off keeping him and working Sabonis into rotation.
"Alabama's cornerbacks don't impress me one bit. They're overrated. Real men don't play zone defense and we'll show them a thing or two come January 1."

Miami WR Lamar Thomas, the weeks before the 1993 Sugar Bowl national title game.

Free agency has begun. Reports say Whiteside is leaning towards Dallas. Here's hoping Whiteside and Conley sign with the Mavericks.

Mozgov will make more money next season than Steph Curry. Let that sink in

So should he not accept it, becuase Steph Curry is (perhaps) the best player in the league. Last I checked isn't Curry the 3Rd or 4th highest paid on his team. More than Mozgov need to "sink in."

The Mavericks fail in free agency yet again. I wouldn't blame Dirk if he left, though I doubt he will.

On the other hand, the Pacers got significantly better in the off-season. They should return to form.
