Don't be surprised if Stanford cornerback Wayne Lyons is wearing maize-and-blue this fall.

Reports surfaced this week that Lyons could be considering a graduate transfer to Michigan, where he would play his final season of eligibility for Jim Harabugh, the coach that first recruited him to Palo Alto. And those reports appear more correct than ever after reported Friday that Lyons' mother has been hired in an administrative capacity by the Wolverines football program.

Per the report, Lyons' mother Gwendolyn Bush appears in the university directory as a player development staffer, likely in Harbaugh's newly-created position of director of player development. Bush appeared to confirm the move on Twitter.

Bush is listed as a teacher and (per her LinkedIn profile) administrator within the Broward County Public Schools system in Lyons' home state of Florida.
