    Post 2014 B1G/ACC Challenge Thread

Match ups for the 2014 Big Ten/ACC Challenge:

    12/1/14 -

    Nebraska at Florida State
    Rutgers at Clemson

    12/2/2014 -

    Pittsburgh at Indiana
    Minnesota at Wake Forest
    Syracuse at Michigan
    Illinois at Miami (FL)
    NC State at Purdue
    Ohio State at Louisville

    12/3/2014 -

    Michigan State at Notre Dame
    Iowa at North Carolina
    Virginia Tech at Penn State
    Virginia at Maryland
    Georgia Tech at Northwestern
    Duke at Wisconsin

Looks like an interesting slate and series of match ups to me. Surprised Pitt is not playing against Penn State like they did last season.

Ohio State/Louisville is going to be a great game, as for Michigan State at Notre Dame. Duke/Wisconsin looks like a good one, too. I'm also pleased to see UVA and UMD matched up. Big rivalry there for both schools.

    Thoughts?

Is Syracuse ranked? I don't know much about them this season.

They were ranked, but not anymore.
KT is so knowelegable about basketball, he can back his **** up. He can rip a program 6 ways to Sunday, yet turn around in the next breath and explain why that same program should/could/will be/is a great program.

I like and respect kentubby, he does know his stuff when it concerns college basketball.

This board would be boring if it wasn't for Kentubby's posts and the responses he gets.

Kentubby is one of my favorite posters on this board. Sure he has some personal views, but this board would be so if everyone agreed all the time that it wouldn't be worth going to. I'd challenge you to find another poster on this board that knows as much about EVERY SEC team as he does. He knows more about lowly South Carolina and our recruiting then alot of our own fans do. It would be a sad day for the basketball forum if he ever left.

    Re: 2014 B1G/ACC Challenge Thread

The have now. I think it's 6-2 in favor of B1G. osu and Illinois take the first losses.

In other news, during the Illinois game, the ACC and B1G commisioners apparently came to blows in the suite they were sharing and watching the game. I guess the ACC commish was drunk and came at the B1G commish saying they stole Maryland away from them

Yeah it's been tough-sledding for the ACC so far. Tonight they have a chance to redeem themselves. ACC has to go 5-1 tonight to forge a split, 7-7, or sweep for a victory in the contest.

Hats off to the B1G for dominating thus far.

B1G wins challenge 7-5. Good challenge in that Michigan won, osu and sparty both lost, and the B1G won the challenge.

Congrats on the win. I didn't realize UM was ranked. Syracuse is a solid opponent and Boeheim's defense is always tight. For once it was nice to see him go downnnn, despite that I was rooting for the ACC. I think UNC blew it by losing to Iowa. Wow.
