LSU Has Been Shutout Only 3 Times Since 1993

    http://espn.go.com/blog/sec

Since Week 2 of the 1993 season, LSU has been shut out three times in 244 games. All three of those blankings came at the hands of Alabama, took place in the state of Louisiana, and occurred at night. The Tide shut out the Tigers 26-0 in 1996 and 31-0 in 2002, both in Baton Rouge. The third shutout came in the 2012 BCS Championship Game, 21-0 in New Orleans. Dating back to 1975, LSU has been shut out nine times. Seven of those have been in the state of Louisiana (six in Baton Rouge) and four have come at the hands of Alabama.

History shows that the No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide, who are coming off a home win against a Top-20 opponent Mississippi State, have a tough test Saturday against another highly ranked opponent in the fifth-ranked LSU Tigers at Tiger Stadium.

The AP No. 1 team has faced a Top-20 opponent on the road the week after a home win against another Top-20 opponent nine previous times. The AP No. 1 team is just 2-7 in those games, including the Crimson Tide, who lost in that situation at South Carolina two years ago.

Doubtful, LSU will score on Saturday.
I have made my peace with Les Miles, I want him to stay. Go away Michigan. It is is not the 11 games winning seasons or the Yoda like press conferences. He eats grass and knows Tiger Stadium grass taste best! That is a special brand of crazy I want to see of years to come! GEAUX TIGERS!

A lot has been said about UGA's schedule. Has anyone looked at Bama's? The best team they have played is MSU. Look at what they have left after LSU; Ark, A&M, Western Carolina, and Auburn. Who knows how good they are or aren't?

We will find out tomorrow. I am 100% confident that the physical threapist and trainers for both LSU and Bama will be working overtime this coming week. I bet both teams are going to come to play, this will not be a game for the faint of heart and its going to be an old fashion SEC power football game on both sides.

why do people keep bringing up Auburn. Might as well say we have Western Carolina left. Which we do. but its about the same.
