Mizzou should win this one, but I wouldn't be shocked if Vandy gave them a game for a half...
This is an interesting game. Vandy has been up and down this young season. Hopefully they regroup after the week off. UGA's pounding ground game is just a big weakness for our D. Our d-line is more of the undersized and speedy variety right now, maybe they can use that to their advantage vs. Mizzou's spread. The biggest killer of our D this year has been the running QB though. We lost both the SC and Northwestern game because of their QB getting out and running. We'll have to contain James Franklin (minor).
Really don't know what to expect going to Mizzou. I still think we need to get off to an early lead and get some confidence and momentum.
Bald James Franklin seems to get his teams to play best when their backs are against the wall -- he gets that team to play mean, like in the SCar game.
In the meantime, Throwing James Franklin seems to have confidence issues.
I'll go with the baldies in the Same Name Bowl -- and Mizzou's QB will have to change his name.

With Vandy's new coach, I honestly think anything could happen in this game. If any SEC game could be called a coin toss, surprisingly, I would pick this one, and I can even see this game going into overtime too!! Since Mizzou's at home and has lost at home earlier this season, I think they learn to protect their home in what should be an epic game that all of us should watch!!
Franklin seemed to be throwing downfield much better. The SEC hasn't seen a healthy Franklin. Just ask A&M and the Longhorns.
Maybe I'm just old, but I still can't get over that the first Mizzou football coach I remember, Woody Widenhofer, and also the worst coach we had since then got hired by Vandy after we fired him. In the James Franklin Bowl...Mizzou wins BIG.
Woody was a great defensive coordinator.
Mizzou wins at home.
