Hard to fault the Galaxy here, really. Milan never made a 2nd offer, and their initial offer was nowhere near compensatory.

I can't believe Milan didn't up that first offer of, what, $6.7m?

I guess they figured a guy his age wasn't worth the investment.

I feel a bit bad for Becks, but he can still try to force a move when the summer transfer window opens in the Serie A.

I also don't quite understand why the MLS commish had such a stick up his ass about the transfer. I guess they don't like being treated like the minor leagues. But if the shoe fits....

Assuming all other things stay the same, Beckham will be in Milan in January 2010. He has an out clause with the Galaxy in November 2009.
