Conversely, is there a more consistently overrated side than England? I don't know why they can't seem to ever beat anyone of importance... they've been through multiple coaches and continue to yield the same result. I just don't understand how a roster with Rooney, Gerrard, Becks, Ferdinand, Cole, etc can continue to fail so hard.
