I was looking up the some of the guys who transfered from MSU over the past few years....

Ben H.-http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/gamelog?playerId=32034 --injured???
Reginald Delk- http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/gamelog?playerId=27281
Ronald Delk- http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/profile?playerId=27282
Bernard Rimmer- http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/profile?playerId=27287
Vernon Goodridge-http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/player/gamelog?playerId=27283

with the delks it looks like the one who was not as good at MSU is playing better ball now....guessing Ben H is hurt or something because it does not seem like he has played this year. Goodridge looks to be a solid player....rimmer sucks still

Ben cant play until next season. none of them have gone on to greatness. KV at the CL listed them all the other day.

How any State fan talks of Rimmer in that way is beyond me. You obviously don't know him or how he loved the MSU program. Did he deserve a scholarship, No...but that is on Stans. Stans knew he was an athlete and not a BBall player. Rimmer gave everything he had to the program and left for the good of the program. To give an extra Scholarship to Stans...Stans never asked him to Transfer. To this day if you ask him what he is....he will tell you 100% Bulldog.

Never knew he gave it up on his own....you are right though...he never should of had a scholarship in the 1st place...he was just not THAT good....if what you say IS true then I admire him for what he did.

Any other SEC schools know what has happened to their own transfers over the past few years?

Any other SEC schools know what has happened to their own transfers over the past few years?I know Auburn's. Daniel Hayles and Toney Douglas, who were on Lebo's 1st team are the only transfers out there. Douglas is scoring 20 ppg at Florida St. (no surprise) and Hayles rides the bench at South Alabama. Douglas transferred because his dad is selfish and thinks his son is better than he really is, and Hayles is from Mobile and wanted to be closer to his kid.

OTP...if this is so common, please list the other schools, with the coaching staff still intact, that has had 3 starters in back to back years transfer after their So years after avg 25 plus minutes. Add in Gary Ervin and in a 4 year span we have had 4 So starters averaging 25 plus minutes transfer. I don't think it is as common as you make it out to be...if it is, this should not be a problem...should it?

This is an area I worry about with Gillispie. Not all kids will fit his system especially the big ego HS stars coming to sit the bench because they didn't try hard enough in practice.

We're one transfer at the PG spot of our team being thrown upside down. I don't attribute Derrick Jasper's transfer to an issue with BCG, but that created a huge void for us. Then, Alex Legion transferred to Illinois. Now, Liggins seems to be day to day on whether he's with BCG or not.

You can replenish one transfer at one position, but when you have two at the same position and potentially three transfer, then it effects things for several years.

someone posted a list last season of all the transfers & those that left early for other reasons.. across the SEC ... & it was a lot & almost at every school.
Stansbury is tough on his players & some are too soft to take it. cant make them stay if they dont want to.

Still waiting for the list of starters that avg over 25 minutes as So...much less 3 in 2 years and 4 in 4. I understand transfers are common but not what State has lost in the last few years...

Not going to do that because you can not find it...I also understand that you are not going to look because you know you can not find it. To call it common is...
