The guy has hops that's for sure. We don't have a whole lot of little guy dunkers in the SEC. I've seen Chris Warren almost dunk. I wonder if Downey's every thrown it down in a game. Of course there are the just over 6 foot guys who have thrown it down; Gary Ervin, Patrick Beverly, Barry Stewart, and of course the electric Senario Hillman(I'm sure there are many more).
