i won't beat up the guy. just watching the highlites of yesterday, and then the flashbacks of the breakdowns. It's just sad. The guy is extremely likable, but has had some serious bouts over the years. The one shot of him on the course with the tears streaming down his face is just gut wrenching.

I hope he keeps up the good play, or at least doesn't have a heart attack at the turn.

what happened to him? did he make the cut? after the first day i never heard about him again......

I can't remember where he finished but it was respectable. He was under par I believe.

I've read John Daly's book. He seems like a nice guy. I also met a guy who randomly bumped into Daly at a golf course around Lake Oconee. He said JD was extremely pleastant and down to earth.
