Former Kentucky assistant basketball coach Scott Rigot, quite possibly the worst high-major assistant in the history of his sport, is trying to get a Division I head coaching gig. Good luck with that.

Personally, I hope Rigot can find a job, because he does have a family to take care of.

That doesn't change the fact that he's a terrible coach.

I didn't say whether he was a great or horrible coach. His resume from Spartenburg in the NAIA, to UAB, Hawaii, and Kentucky shows that his winning percentage is pretty good for any assistant coach that is in line to get a head job.

Yep. Him and others had no business at UK...

David Hobbs one of the best SEC assistants in history (with Bama and Kentucky) is one of the two finalists for the job at Coastal. It's down to he and Cliff Ellis, who may have the bigger name.

Hopefully, David Hobbs can get it. He could work wonders for anybody's defense.
