2010? Good lord. Unless he is from Kentucky its way too early to commit when you're in the summer before your sophomore year of HS. Not being mean, but its possible that may not stick and I don't even mean because of UF.

Forgot to say congrats and I meant to. I just do think someone should advice a kid that just finished his freshman year to think things over more.

OK, then that obviously changes stuff some. A kid can stay instate easier then say if he was from Texas and still had 2 1/2 years before he could sign.

There you go Billy Gillispie. This is what Barnhart had in mind when he went for Gillispie. This is the kind of pickup that you can't let go.

Sure, some of the Kentucky players that are more close to graduation have decided to go elsewhere, but this is Gillispie's first pickup of a guy that he had time to really recruit where he wasn't behind from this state.

 You know guys, CBC has 3 schollies for 08. None for 09, but does have an 09 commitment. 5 for 10 with one commitment so far. I am starting to think the way it looks, CBC is going to try to stay 3 years ahead on his commitments if he can and pick up others if something goes wrong. I have to say things sure look better than they used to. One thing, it's like a big experiment.

Hopefully, the guys he gets commitments from (if that's what he's doing) will continue to develop their games though. We've seen situations in the past where a guy was a top 25 sophomore but it didn't pan out, unless you're Donnie Jones at Marshall (who has Adam Williams now).
