LOL, we're just producing more baseball talent than anything else...that doesn't mean the people aren't more interested in basketball or football...LOL

(EDIT: This is IMO) Football>>Basketball>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Basesball at the college level

I would agree with your statement that it goes Football, basketball then baseball at least for most.

Of course for 90% of UK fans its basketball 24-7..

 I don't know any UK fans that put anything before Basketball. A lot of UK fans go to football games but I've never heard a single person say Football at UK comes before Basketball. NEVER!

I follow football more than basketball, but there's no denying that Bball is bigger a the university.

 I've been to one football game at UK and probably 15 basket ball games at Rupp. I have to say that crowd at the football is hard to believe. You would think they wouldn't sell out the seats during football season but they do pretty good.

Perhaps that's just me but that shocks me.

We've been in the top 25 in attendance in football for 12 of the past 14 years, iirc. We consistently outdraw many teams, notably Oregon and Miami.

I didn't know that. That's pretty amazing.

Yeah! UK draws probably the best crowd in Football for a school that isn't considered a football Powerhouse. But UK does play the SEC, which is the football conference.

Ok well um, did you all read this or no? That article wasn't talking about UK sports. It was talking about KENTUCKY sports. Big difference there folks. Anyways I still think it's Basketball Football then Baseball but Baseball is on the rise. Anyways, how do you beat at least 15k fans at the 4 day Sweet Sixteen every year.?

we did, but when the article was posted in the UK forum, chances are we will relate it to UK sports.

Part of the reason we produce more talent in baseball is because there's less competition for the drafting process..I know what I'm trying to say, but I'm not saying it...it's easier to get drafted in baseball than football/basketball, even in the first round.

Actually it's harder to be drafted in the First Round, as they are actually pulling from HS AND College unlike Football and Basketball.

It is however easier to be drafted in a whole because of the 50 rounds plus supplimental rounds
