Our team is in Italy, we have our 1st game tomorrow againot the lithuanian national team. I'm guessing that team will probably have some talent being that it is there National team. This will be a good trip for our young team. Playing in another country against skilled teams makes you grow up really quick.

Your exactly right!

MSU wins their first game against the Lithiuanian National team 88-83. I haven't seen the full stats yet but I know Freshmen Tyson Carter finished with over 20 points and our other freshman Eli Wright had a huge game as well. I'll post stats once I find them out.

Mario Kegler didn't make the trip, he had some academic issues that haven't been cleared yet.

29 points from Q Weatherspoon
21 from Tysons Carter
18 from Eli Wright

Two of those guys are freshman....the story mentioned that one of the players on there National team was a former South Carolina gamecock

Big win for this young Miss. State basketball team, and without Mario Kegler, Abdul Ado, and/or Xavian Stapleton.
